(1)水稻种子发育的遗传基础与分子调控机制
(2)环境因子与水稻重要农艺性状互作的分子遗传机理
利用课题组收集的水稻种质资源,以及构建的遗传群体、近等基因系和EMS诱变的突变体库,重点聚焦水稻发育及环境适应性等重要性状,通过联合全基因组关联分析、混池关联分析、转录组分析,克隆控制水稻生产性状的关键基因,解析其调控网络和调控机理。此外,通量挖掘及创制新型基因资源或等位变异,精细调控关键基因表达,利用生物育种技术改良和创制优异新种质。
