水稻氮磷营养利用效率的表观遗传调控机制
现代农业生产高度依赖氮磷等化肥的大量施用,但化肥的大量施用也影响着稻米品质并造成水体及大气污染。因此,化肥过量使用已成为农业生产亟需解决的关键问题之一。
我们的研究将主要使用表观遗传学的技术手段,结合分子生物学、生物化学、遗传学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等学科,探索植物的表观组如何响应于营养信号,以及营养信号转导通路如何受表观遗传机制的调控。关注的表观机制包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、组蛋白变异体和染色质高级结构。
