实验室研究方向:水稻养分高效利用分子机制解析和精准改良

氮磷是植物生长必需的大量营养元素,与作物产量密切相关。然而,作物的现代栽培品种往往对氮磷等养分的利用率低,其产量严重依赖化肥的过量使用,造成作物品质降低、水体及大气污染和温室气体排放。解决这一问题的根本途径在于,提高作物的养分利用效率。

课题组主要使用多组学(包括基因组、表观组、表型组)和相分离手段挖掘养分高效和抗逆(包括养分匮乏、干旱、盐碱、高温等)相关基因,结合单细胞时空组学、分子生物学、生物化学、遗传学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等学科,解析水稻养分高效和抗逆的分子机制,开发高效特异的生物技术,对水稻进行精准改良,促进边际土地的利用和绿色高效农业的发展。
