何永奇,男,汉族,19894月出生,河南省夏邑人,中共党员,农学博士,首聘副教授。

研究方向

主要从事农作物种子科学与技术研究,重点以水稻为材料,围绕种子发育、休眠、萌发、耐逆、种子生产和处理等内容,开展种子活力的理论和技术研究。
