个人简介


金丰良,男,汉族,19754月出生,山东青州人,中共党员。理学博士,教授,博士\硕士研究生导师。

研究方向为害虫生物防治与基因工程。现主持国家自然科学基金4, 博士后一等基金,人才引进校长基金, 教育部博士点新教师类基金各一项,广东省科技计划项目2项。主要成员参加农业部行业项目3项。参加国家自然科学基金,省重点基金,国家十一五攻关专题各一项。现已在《PLoS ONE》,《New Biotechnology》等国内外杂志上发表相关论文27篇,申请专利11项,获得审批7个。为PLoS ONE等杂志的审稿人。

2015年院系调整到现农学院工作至今。

研究方向

害虫生物防治与基因工程。主要从事1、昆虫免疫与病原微生物的互作机制及其免疫信号传导的RNAi(Crisper/Cas9)研究;2、调控昆虫免疫信号传导的小RNA及其功能研究; 3、肠道微生物与宿主昆虫(中肠)免疫互作及协同抗病的分子机理;4、昆虫基因组与转录组整合分析的生物信息学.

国际合作

2005年起,一直和美国密苏里(堪萨斯)州立大学生物学院的余小强教授(博士)进行如下合作:1、鳞翅目昆虫免疫和免疫相关基因功能研究;2、昆虫抗菌肽基因的体外改造和表达;3、昆虫抗菌肽基表达调控信号传导机制的RNAi研究。与余小强教授合作已经完成抗菌肽在酵母和细菌中的表达和活性测定,并在《Process Biochemistry》和《Protein Expression and Purification》杂志上发表SCI的文章4篇,单篇影响引子为2.62

2013年开始与加拿大University of Western Ontario(西安大略大学)生物化学系的 Shawn Li 教授进行免疫蛋白磷酸化和糖基化对信号传导的启动机制及免疫蛋白晶体结构解析的研究。
